Position Overview: We are seeking a SELF-DRIVEN, talented salesperson, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an HVAC Comfort Advisor on a commission-only basis. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for educating and guiding customers through the process of selecting the best HVAC systems and solutions to meet their comfort needs. This role offers unlimited earning potential, with top performers having the opportunity to earn between $80,000 to $200,000+ annually, especially if experienced and skilled. Responsibilities: * Contact and nurture leads to book appointments for HVAC installations. * Conduct thorough assessments of customers' HVAC needs and comfort requirements. * Educate customers on available HVAC products, services, and solutions. * Provide personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences, budget, and property specifications. * Collaborate with customers to design custom HVAC solutions that maximize comfort and energy efficiency. * Generate accurate quotes and proposals for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance services. * Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of HVAC projects. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. * Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and best practices in HVAC technology and customer service. * Monitor email and social media channels for customer inquiries and potential leads. * Physical requirements: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times and work in tight spaces such as residential crawlspaces, cellars, and attics to obtain measurements and information of equipment and materials needed. Must be in good physical shape to handle the physical demands of this role. Requirements: * Self-Driven * Positive attitude * Proven experience in high-ticket sales or a related field. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. * Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. * Proficiency in using computer software for generating quotes, proposals, and presentations. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Must pass a background check. * Spanish language proficiency is a PLUS.
