What You 'll Do: * Support Excellence: Assist the Director of Luxury with daily tasks, including office and fieldwork, to ensure seamless operations. * Real Estate Expertise: Manage MLS listings, oversee closing processes, and maintain impeccable CRS and email systems. * Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients, ensuring every detail is handled with care. * Marketing & Social Media: Bring basic marketing knowledge and social media skills to elevate our brand. * Flexible Availability: Adapt to a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends to meet the dynamic needs of the luxury market.
