Full description of the position

Appointment Setter places outbound phone calls to customers to set appointments for field technicians. These are existing customers and not cold calls. Minimum Requirements: * 50 outbound calls is daily minimum * High school diploma * Kind and professional phone etiquette * Competitive so that achieving goals is important and rewarding * Team player and gets along well with others in the office * Good attendance * Willingness to learn * Good communication skills * Experience working for an HVAC company is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): * Primary responsibility is establishing appointments for technicians. * Calling, texting, and emailing customers to schedule appointments * Answer incoming phone calls as needed * Input appointments and customer information into CRM software (Service Titan) All offers of employment are contingent upon a satisfactory drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Paid time off * Referral program Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * On call Work Location: In person
