Some of What You'll Do: * Contact Galpin's customers from CRM to set up appointments to review lease end options/retail renewal options. (Call, email, text) * Review lease end options with customers with an end goal of getting them into a new vehicle * Process trade-in paperwork for sales personnel * Purchase vehicles from customers on behalf of Galpin * Contact banks on behalf of Galpin and customers for payoff requests, extensions, and waivers.
