The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Make outbound calls to potential clients in the Oil and Gas sector throughout North America. * Identify and qualify sales opportunities and generate high-quality meetings for our Business Development Directors. * Deliver compelling sales pitches over the phone, highlighting the benefits of our services and close for a meeting. * Navigate through gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers within target companies. * Maintain and update lead and account information in our CRM system. * Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence during calls. * Stay updated on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activities. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience inTele-Sales , cold-calling and market research preferably in the Oil and Gas or related industrial sectors. * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. * Strong ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office 365. * Resilient and persistent in the face of rejection. * Basic understanding of the Oil and Gas industry and its terminology.
