Full description of the position

Herbst Homes is currently looking to add New Home Sales Consultants to its team! The New Home Sales Consultant responsibilities include showcasing floor plans and development lots, leading tours of model homes and explaining their features, contacting and following up with clients, making sure the property is presentable for showings, and upholding the company's values of providing exceptional quality and customer service, each sales consultant is a direct reflection of the company's mission, goals, and values. Responsibilities * Manage the model home during business hours including weekends * Provide excellent customer service while touring customers through model homes * Promote the sale of new homes while educating buyers on the company's mission * Establish and foster relationships with buyers/customers/real estate agents * Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness * Participate in ongoing sales training Required Qualifications * Active real estate license * 2+ years' experience in customer service * Ability to carry out multiple tasks efficiently and provide attention to detail. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation. * Competent computer skills, including the ability to utilize applications and software provided by Herbst Homes, whether on a smart phone, tablet, or computer. * Ability to understand and execute processes, scopes, and instructions provided by company. * Ability to stand and walk long durations of time each day, walk up and down stairs, and walk on unlevel terrain. * Ability to work well with company personnel and its affiliates, showing courtesy and respect to others. * Ability to work efficiently under high pressure situations, maintaining respect and professionalism for others. Compensation: Commission Pay Schedule: * 5 days per week, weekend availability required.
