With 100 years of experience, our commitment to high quality slate has gained us the trust of thousands of architects, roofers and private clients. We are currently looking for a Territory Manager for the Southeast Region to join the Roofing Team. The Southeast Territory, as we understand it, comprises the following states: Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina. The employee in this role will have the following roles and responsibilities: * Build a network of architects, designers, builders, distributors, and contractors. * Utilize company's CRM to facilitate communication with customers and internal company departments * Meet or exceed KPIs and budgeted revenue for your assigned territory * Analyze current market conditions, and develop action plans to drive innovation and growth initiatives, including introducing new products to the market * Perform product demonstrations and training * Formulate and qualify new target list * Develop targets into new accounts * Strengthen existing customer relationships The ideal candidate would have experience in Construction, Building Materials or the Roofing Industry, and be local to either Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Jacksonville, or Raleigh/Durham. Required: * Minimum 7 years of outside sales/territory management experience (preferably in the building supply industry and/or working with distributors, architects and specifiers) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities. * Experience working with a CRM * Must be self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently of daily supervision Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility as well as a background check will be required at time of hire. This role does not provide for relocation. The position is full-time and requires the ability to travel around 50% of the time.
