We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Customer Support Representative to be the bridge between our clients, office team, and field crew. What You'll Be Doing: * Communicating with clients to answer questions, schedule services, and provide updates * Preparing in-office estimates and helping guide customers through the process * Coordinating with both our office staff and field team to ensure everything stays on track * Keeping things organized, efficient, and stress-free (we believe in making work feel good!)
