Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and capabilities. * Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-ups and exceptional service. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance goals. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new models, and dealership promotions. * Process paperwork efficiently, ensuring accuracy in contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations. * Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience. * Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: * Previous experience in automotive sales or related sales/customer service roles preferred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals. * Ability to understand and explain financing and leasing options. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. * A valid driver's license.
