As a Sales Professional with FirstLight, you'll identify and establish relationships with referral sources. Your goals will be to maintain and grow key partnerships as well as increase revenue. Fair, competitive pay What You 'll Do Cultivate relationships with key referral sources and community partners Maintain a database of contacts, track sales efforts, and report on activities and results Conduct presentations, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, etc. with prospective and current referral sources to share information about FirstLight Home Care Participate in community networking groups, especially those related to the senior population Why You 'll Be a Great Fit You have a High School Diploma or GED You have two to three years of outside sales experience or experience in a position with similar responsibilities You have experience with the Senior Care or Healthcare community (home care, home health, hospice, SNF, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, etc.) You have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly. You are mature and able to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
