Job Summary: V/O Medical Spa in Oviedo is seeking a dedicated Spa Associate/Marketing Guru to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellness, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a customer- centric environment. Duties: - Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures - Provide information on spa services and products - Sell spa packages, memberships, and retail products - Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information - Assist with maintaining a clean and organized spa environment - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Upsell services and products to enhance the client experience - Experienced in building the brand via Community outreach programs. - Proven track record in driving sales through Social Media Skills: - Ability to sell products and services effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members - Knowledge of Cosmetology or related beauty industry experience is a plus - Proficiency in salon software for appointment scheduling and client management - Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Experience with cash registers and handling financial transactions - Proven track record in upselling services or beauty cosmetics sales - Sales experience in a spa or salon setting is beneficial Essential Behaviors: - Ethical - Postitive Attitude - Team Oriented - Outgoing - Problem Solver - Reliable V/O is the most recognized brand in the Medical Spa industry and rapidly expanding across Central Florida.
