We are seeking a driven Sales Assistant to support our top producer, a distinguished professional with credentials from the American College for Financial Planning and membership in the Million Dollar Round Table. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the personal service industry and understands the value of attention to detail and client relationships. A primary responsibility would be to manage key operational aspects, ensuring our top producer remains focused on client interactions. Key Responsibilities * Sales Support: Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and sales reports related to financial products, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning. * Client Communication: Serve as a liaison for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution. * Documentation & Compliance: Help prepare, review, and process client paperwork while ensuring adherence to industry regulations. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records, track sales activities, and document client interactions in the company's CRM system. * Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and events for the sales team while ensuring prompt follow-ups. * Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently. * Sales Campaign Support: Assist in executing promotional campaigns and developing marketing materials to enhance sales efforts.
