What You'll Do: * Roll out the red carpet for customers: greet, assist, and deliver exceptional service throughout the buying process. * Showcase vehicles and passionately explain features, benefits, and financing options. * Own your sales pipeline: follow up with leads, make outbound calls, and close deals. * Negotiate like a pro, ensuring both the customer and dealership walk away winning. * Help manage inventory, ensuring the best vehicles are always available for our guests. * Work side-by-side with a team that pushes each other to be the best. What You'll Need: * Strong public speaking chops and top-tier communication skills. * Customer service skills so good they practically sparkle. * Solid outbound sales skills and professional phone etiquette. * Comfort with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline. (We will help) * Ability to manage inventory and basic retail math. * Bonus points if you're bilingual or multilingual.
