Cardinal Contractors is seeking a driven Sales person or Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and close deals. * Manage and close leads provided by the office. * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. * Demonstrate leadership and sales capabilities Requirements: * Experience (preferred). * Strong closing ability and a proactive approach. * Ability to bring in your own leads while working with office leads. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Compensation: * W-2 position * High commissions structure on all sales. * Opportunity for promotion to Sales Manager after the 60-day probationary period, with additional responsibilities and earning potential.
