Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. * Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash register operations. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain an organized and stocked sales counter, ensuring all products are readily available. * Handle Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for smooth transaction processing. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Experience * Previous experience in Archery is required! * Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. * Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Knowledge of product demos and upselling strategies is advantageous. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
