Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic door to door Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of cleaning services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions while ensuring high standards of service. Responsibilities * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services effectively. * Identify potential leads through networking, referrals, and door-to-door sales. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services. Experience * Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred, particularly in the door-to-door field. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
