Full description of the position

The Inside Salesperson provides service to customers by handling all inquiries and sales calls related to service installed equipment. Essential Job Functions and Duties: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. * Answer phones, emails and assist with walk in customers. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services. * Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Skills and Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry. * Excellent Customer Service Skills. * Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls, emails and retail customers daily. * Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize task. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation or sales price, discounts and percentages * Knowledge with word and excel. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette. * Self-driven and motived to be the best you can be. * What WE offer you: BE THERE- U.S. Upfitters believes that every team member is an important part of the U.S. Upfitters team, and we value the skills, efforts and contributions made by each member of our team.
