Job Description Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work in our Sales Department. This dynamic person will support the Sales Department's company objectives through business support, customer support, and quoting jobs under the guidance of our sales leaders. The CSR will support and strengthen customer relationships, prepare quote routings and estimates, champion customer work to production, and communicate customer requirements to the organization. Responsibilities * Frequent communication with customers and stakeholders; acting as tactical daily liaison * Review customer purchase orders and contractual requirements * Support the development of proposal packages to customers * Generate & manage internal and external delivery/performance reports * Create sales order in ERP system according to established procedures * Coordinate delivery schedules, purchase order changes, and expedite requests * Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders regarding change orders or disposition of non-conforming product, including capacity and capabilities * Perform additional tasks as required by Sales Manager Required Skills and Experience: * High School Diploma required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred * Sales, project management, and or relevant industry experience required * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Blueprint reading/understanding and basic GD&T knowledge preferred * Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task are essential * Effective communication skills (oral and written) are essential * Proven ability to take initiative, be an effective contributor, and demonstrated problem solving skills * Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated account management experience Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
