* Location: Orlando Type: Direct Hire Job #10862 Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (plus commissions and bonus) Location Type: On-Site Are you passionate about HVAC and building strong client relationships? We're looking for a dynamic, motivated Account Manager to lead residential and contractor sales for top-tier HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. You'll play a key role in growing your territory by connecting with new contractors, nurturing existing accounts, and driving results--all while enjoying performance-based bonuses and incentives. What You 'll Be Doing: Territory Strategy Analyze your sales territory to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted programs to attract new customers and convert competitor accounts. Build Relationships That Last Foster strong, long-term connections with contractors and customers--because trust and loyalty are everything in this business. Customer Management Be the go-to problem solver for your accounts. Handle issues promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued. Lead the Conversation Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, managing relationships from the first handshake to long-term partnership. Drive Growth Bring in new business and help existing customers expand. Execute sales strategies that support their success--and yours. Team Sync Participate in sales meetings to share progress, brainstorm solutions, and align on strategy with leadership. Tech-Savvy Sales Confidently present and manage digital tools and HVAC-focused technology platforms that elevate the customer experience. What You Bring: * Proven success in sales, especially in developing new markets and converting leads. * HVAC knowledge preferred (equipment, parts, supplies, or light commercial experience is a big plus!). * Strong communication and presentation skills--you can influence, inspire, and close. * Self-starter mentality with top-tier time management skills. * Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach to problem-solving. * Comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a bonus) and Excel. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. * 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience is preferred. * Tech-savvy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent multitasker with a positive attitude and customer service mindset. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Interactive Resources, LLC
