Policy Management: Develop personalized insurance solutions and present offerings to achieve optimal coverage for clients. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive lead generation and personal sales techniques. Cross-Selling: Identify prospects for additional coverage within existing client portfolios to enhance value. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to offer the most comprehensive advice to clients. Requirements Licensing: Licensed preferred willing to train.. Licensing Assistance available. Experience: At least two years of experience in insurance sales or a similar field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client-focused: Demonstrated ability to assess and meet client needs effectively. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting team members. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions for clients.
