As a Senior Account Manager (Wholesale, B2B) , you will be a key driver of our continued growth and influence in the home decor space. You'll work closely with retail buyers--from national chains to specialty stores--to bring our trend-forward, beautifully crafted products to market. With your understanding of retail merchandising, buying cycles, and category planning, you'll guide your accounts through product selections that meet both consumer demand and commercial goals. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role that requires both creative intuition and business savviness. You'll partner closely with our in- house design team and global production partners to deliver customized assortments, seamless fulfillment, and a strong go-to-market presence. Whether you're pitching seasonal collections, responding to in-season opportunities, or aligning on long-term growth plans, your ability to translate design into business success will be critical. Responsibilities : * Serve as the main point of contact for your retail accounts, fostering strong, consultative relationships with buyers and their cross-functional teams (Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Branding). * Understand their retail partners' strategies, calendar timelines, and consumer base to support informed assortment planning. * Present seasonal product lines in a compelling, trend-aware manner--highlighting newness, innovation, and key selling features across our product categories (e.g., decorative pillows, bedding, table linens, furniture, and pet accessories. * Analyze sales data and account performance to identify reorder potential, new category opportunities, and future growth initiatives. * Proactively propose solutions that drive sales while maintaining company integrity and operational feasibility. * Stay on top of home decor, fashion, and lifestyle trends to guide buyers toward forward-thinking yet commercially viable choices; use trend insights to collaborate internally on product development and market timing. * Lead showroom walkthroughs and prepare impactful presentations for market weeks, line reviews, and buyer appointments. * Ensure all materials, samples, and merchandising displays are optimized to support the sell-in process. * Partner with internal teams including Design, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure that all commitments are met--from sample development and pricing to delivery timelines and replenishment. Communicate buyer feedback to guide development and improve account-specific execution. * Manage the full order lifecycle; inputting and confirming orders, monitoring production status, and ensuring on-time shipping and delivery. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales or B2B account management, with direct experience working with retail buyers in the home decor, textiles, fashion, or consumer goods industries. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of retail buying processes, product lifecycle calendars, margin requirements, and the decision-making frameworks within corporate retail. * Experience with or a passion for home textiles; including familiarity with fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, and sourcing processes. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value, trend alignment, and business rationale to diverse stakeholders. * Highly organized with excellent follow-through and the ability to juggle multiple seasonal calendars and account needs. * Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems or retail portals is a plus.
