POSITION SUMMARY The Client Experience Sales Coordinator is a key driver of both revenue growth and client retention. This hybrid role combines outbound sales with customer service responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who can close deals, upsell services, and handle client concerns--all in a day's work. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high call volumes, responding to client communications, and turning every interaction into an opportunity to deliver value. Whether it's upselling a lawn care package, saving a cancellation, or calming a frustrated client--you're the front line of Elite's client experience and growth. This is not an entry-level CSR role or a place for average salespeople--this is a role for a closer who understands that great service fuels long-term success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Outbound Sales & Upselling * Handle daily high call volume to leads and existing clients. * Upsell services like pest control, mosquito treatments, soil conditioning, and lawn care bundles. * Identify cross-sell opportunities and close on the spot. * Track sales activity and performance metrics in CRM. 2. Client Retention & Relationship Management * Proactively engage at-risk clients to prevent cancellations. * Resolve service concerns and rebuild trust. * Turn negative experiences into long-term loyalty. * Monitor satisfaction and ensure clients maximize their service value. 3. Customer Service & Communication * Manage inbound calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism. * Address client questions, schedule changes, and complaints efficiently. * Handle escalated concerns with a solutions-first mindset. * Support daily scheduling, reschedules, and service coordination. 4. Reactivation & New Business Development * Re-engage former clients and cold leads to convert them back into active customers. * Support marketing campaigns through direct outreach. * Fill schedule gaps by booking last-minute services. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLERequired Experience * Proven success in sales, upselling, and retention roles. * Experience working in a high call volume, outbound-focused environment. * Strong background in customer service, including handling escalations. * Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipelines. * Ability to balance aggressive sales targets with delivering 5-star client care.
