Overview We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Duties - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences - Process customer trade-ins - Meet and exceed sales targets - Provide product knowledge to customers - Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves Requirements - Proven experience in retail sales, cash handling, and customer service - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of retail math concepts is beneficial - Supervisory experience is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $10.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift Work Location: In person
