Drawing on Brett's extensive expertise in real estate flipping and memory care development, we provide a unique platform for partners to create thriving, resident-centered communities while building lasting wealth and transforming lives. * About the role * The Strategic Sales Executive (TSM) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Assisted Living Mansion by identifying, vetting, and nurturing potential Strategic Partners (SPs). This individual will be the first point of contact for leads, guiding them through the initial stages of our partnership process, and ensuring they are aligned with our vision and values. Individuals with experience in franchise sales or franchise operations excel in this role, as our business model closely mirrors the franchising process, emphasizing partnership development and mutual success. OTE Earnings: $75,000 base salary with OTE Commission structure $130,000-$155,000 per year. Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Successfully qualify and advance 4 high-quality leads per week. * What you'll do * Lead Management & Conversion * Field Intro Calls: Act as the initial point of contact for all inbound leads, building rapport and gauging their potential alignment with Assisted Living Mansion's mission. * Qualify Leads: Vet potential SPs through structured discovery calls to ensure they meet criteria for partnership (financial readiness, commitment, and alignment). * Follow Up: Proactively manage and nurture relationships with leads to maintain engagement and interest throughout the sales cycle. Sales Process Ownership * Sales Strategy: Develop, refine, and implement scalable sales processes that streamline the lead-to-partner conversion journey. * Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM to track leads, conversations, and next steps. Ensure transparency and regular updates on lead status. * Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and internal teams to optimize handoff and second-round vetting. Business Development * Hunting Mentality: Proactively source new leads through networking, outreach, and industry events to expand the pipeline. * Market Expertise: Stay informed about trends in real estate development, assisted living, and memory care to better understand potential partners' needs and objections. * Advocacy: Serve as an ambassador for Assisted Living Mansion, clearly articulating the value of our shared investment model and comprehensive support system. Qualifications * Skills & Experience * Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate development, consulting, or a related field. * Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to ask probing questions, uncover needs, and align solutions. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a genuine, people-centered approach. * Experience in developing and managing structured sales processes. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with real estate development, assisted living operations, or related industries. * Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation software.
