Savvas Learning Company is seeking a part-time General Clerk to work with our Sales Operations team in Irving, TX. On-site work will be required in the Irving, TX office and candidates must reside within a commutable distance. Responsibilities: * Key samples as required. * Review and submit purchase orders. * Provide general administrative or clerical assistance. * Complete specific projects under the direction of Sales Operations Team to include photocopying, collating materials into folders and binders, and packaging and labelling completed projects. * Assume other clerical duties, as needed. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and active listening. * A strong sense of urgency in undertaking execution of tasks, and an ability to show initiative. * Detail oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. * Sales support experience in a clerical environment preferred. * SalesForce experience preferred. * Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet experience required. * Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing at least 45 lbs.
