Job Title: Part-Time Ticket Sales Representative Company: Houston SaberCats Rugby Team Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Part-Time About Us: The Houston SaberCats are a professional rugby team competing in Major League Rugby (MLR). We are dedicated to growing the sport of rugby in Houston and creating an exciting, fan-friendly atmosphere at our matches. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Ticket Sales Representative. Job Description: As a Ticket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season tickets, group tickets, and premium seating. This role requires a proactive approach to customer outreach, relationship building, and providing top-tier customer service to fans and organizations interested in attending SaberCats games. Responsibilities: * Actively sell season tickets, group tickets, and premium seating packages to individuals and businesses. * Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective ticket buyers. * Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads. * Work closely with the Director of Ticket Sales to identify potential ticket buyers and promotional strategies. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive fan experience. * Assist with game-day operations related to ticketing and customer engagement. * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Work office hours as well as all Houston SaberCats home games. * Will be asked to work certain non-gameday events at SaberCats Stadium. Attend networking/marketing events to promote ticket sales and engage with potential buyers. * Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in sports or entertainment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
