Full description of the position

The Storage Group is in search of a Client Liaison (Remote) to work with our top clients. The position will be a client facing website production liaison managing communications and facilitating projects for our high end clients in a timely manner. The liaison will be responsible for guiding clients through various stages of the website project, gathering information needed and working with the production team leading to a successful project launch. Additonally, the position will be main contact for support issues related to the account after launch. Day to Day Life at The Storage Group as a Client Liaison: * Welcome new clients via phone, email or Zoom and follow up with relevant production questionnaires * Set up and conduct meetings via phone and Zoom with clients to gather information and formulate a website build direction * Act as liaison between client and production Team with any design needs * Provide customer support and act as point of contact for the client during the production cycle and after in some cases * Work with CRM and keep information updated and accurate * Act as project manager to follow up with client and production on regular basis to keep project moving forward * Set up ClickandStor Suite - (proprietary software tool) for all new client builds when needed * Review website and all tools related with client to insure satisfaction and functionality * Insure all products that are completed for client are error free and ready for launch * Act as intermediary resolution contact for any support issues related to ClickandStor * Main contact for all support related issues for assigned accounts after website and product launches. * Stay up to date with industry announcements, including latest trends in the Internet Industry What you need to know to be successful in this role: * 2 years Customer Service/ Account Management experience * Basic understanding of Website Technology * Basic understanding of Social media, Pay Per Click and SEO a plus * 1 + Year WordPress Experience * 1+ Year HTML and CSS experience * Computer usage proficiency * Outbound Customer Call experience * Experience using a CRM * Experience using Project management software * Ability to use Microsoft Office/Google suite * Exceptional attention to detail * Organizational and multitasking skills a must * Great personality * Leadership skills a plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable being on cameral and communicating through Zoom * Proven problem solving skills * Abilility to be a team player and work within a team What the Storage Group needs from you: * Motivated, innovative, career focused * Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done * Extra ordinary interpersonal skills * Ability to bring enthusiasm and a can do attitude * To be proactive and service oriented with clients and team members * Avid learner - ability to grasp and understand new concepts * Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment The Storage Group, is a progressive marketing solutions and Saas provider to the Self Storage Industry.
