A leading manufacturer of precision equipment and systems is seeking a detail- oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join their team in Monrovia. This role supports sales operations in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment and involves extensive communication with internal teams, customers, and sales representatives. Key Responsibilities: * Process order quoting and entry for contract manufacturing. * Review customer order backlog and align with production availability and customer expectations. * Resolve issues related to credit holds, down payments, and purchase order discrepancies. * Manage high-volume customer communication via email, phone, and fax. * Monitor and follow up on open opportunities in Salesforce to ensure timely closure. * Ensure opportunities and commission splits are accurately reflected on sales orders. * Attend backlog meetings and system kick-off meetings as needed. * Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, independent reps, and dealers. * Adhere to all company order processing and approval protocols (e.g., discounts, returns, cancellations). * Maintain a 95% or higher order entry accuracy rate. * Process sales quotes on the same day they are requested. * Responsible for consumable sales, with specific goals assigned. * Collaborate with other departments when necessary.
