GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain customer and potential customer relationships. * Develop and maintain business to achieve assigned sales goals. * Develop and implement sales strategies to reach customers. * Develop and maintain customer relationships through in person visits and means of contact. * Performs other duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION/ OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE * 5+ years' experience in sales and or marketing in the flooring industry required. * Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office. * Exceptional written and oral communication skills and listening skills. * Analytical skills with ability to process data. * Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.
