As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for guiding your customers through the car-shopping process using your product knowledge and sales skills to ultimately build value in our business and land them on the best car to fit their wants and needs. Although you'll be working with the support of your Sales Manager, you can view this position as being your own small business. You'll have the opportunity to market yourself to your own audience and generate your own leads. You'll learn about after-market products valuable to your customers that will reward you when purchased. Not only will you generate income with the sales you make, but you'll also receive bonuses directly from the manufacturer in addition to your income with Rydell.
