Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions. * Conduct thorough presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services. * Utilize GoHighLevel and other software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. * Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies. * Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market. Skills * Proven experience in sales within the solar industry of at least 1 year. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes and putting the customer first. * Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Proficiency in using GoHighLevel or similar CRM software for managing sales processes effectively. * A solid understanding of solar technology and its benefits is highly desirable.
