Responsibilities * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. * Engage in cold calling to establish initial contact with prospective customers. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support to foster long-term relationships. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from current clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Skills * Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Strong lead generation skills with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. * Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met consistently. * Familiarity with retail sales processes and techniques is advantageous. * Outside sales experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to work independently in the field. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
