Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support & Project Scheduler. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, clients, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and scheduling skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a customer-focused mindset. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations. * Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and vendors, addressing inquiries and ensuring follow-ups. * Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met. * Coordinate with vendor partners to track project progress and resolve scheduling conflicts. * Update and maintain CRM or scheduling tools to ensure data accuracy. * Prepare reports and summaries for management on project timelines and sales activities. * Support the team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales support, project scheduling, or a related field. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
