Description: Phoenix Systems is looking for charismatic and results-oriented Door-to-Door Alarm System Sales Representatives to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in protecting our community by educating homeowners about the importance of home safety and security along with selling our top-of-the-line alarm systems. This is a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Proactively approach homeowners in your assigned territory to introduce them to our security solutions. * Build rapport with potential customers and assess their security needs. * Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the features and benefits of our alarm systems. * Overcome objections and close deals through effective communication and negotiation skills. * Process paperwork and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. * Follow up with customers after installation to address any questions and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications and Education Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or B2C environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. * Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively demonstrate product features. * Not afraid of rejection and does not get discouraged easily.
