Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in your assigned territory. You will leverage your expertise in DTD sales and account management to drive revenue growth while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients within your territory. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. * Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. * Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings. * Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships. * Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical environment. * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Experience in territory management with the ability to analyze market data effectively. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for customer service. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with clients' needs. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
