Job Details * Sales Enablement & Support Specialist * Location: Fully remote with in-office responsibilities for candidate residing in Greater Houston area * Schedule: Full Time * About Universal Universal is a global community that supports professional business aviation. We move organizations that then move the world. * Job Summary The Sales Support and Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the overall Sales Operations and Enablement function for the Global Sales team. This is a detail-oriented position that makes an impact by helping to streamline sales operations, create and update impactful training and enablement content, provide critical reporting data, The Sales Support and Enablement Specialist will also play a role in our Inside Sales Team by answering incoming customer calls and emails as needed, qualifying potential Customers, and assisting with resolving sales-related issues. This position will also occasionally support our Marketing team with event coordination for external and internal events and training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and maintain sales training materials, product collateral, and resources that align with the Sales team's needs and company objectives. Ensure content is up to date, engaging, easy to understand, and accessible to a global sales force. * Collaborate with the Sales Operations leader to analyze, write, and refine sales processes. Ensure processes are documented clearly and that the Sales team has the tools to follow them efficiently, contributing to overall productivity and performance. Ensure processes are shared with stakeholder business units * Manage and optimize the use of key sales tools, including Salesforce (CRM) and Seismic (CMS/LMS), to improve sales productivity and performance tracking. * Provide reporting insights and actionable recommendations using Power BI and other business intelligence tools. * Support the international sales team by providing timely support and fostering interactive communication between teams. * Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Trip Support Operations teams to ensure the alignment of objectives and deliverables. * Support the acquisition of data internally and through 3rd party data sources to support Sales, product, service and market growth. * Respond to incoming leads and effectively communicate the UV value proposition by accurately demonstrating product knowledge. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Qualifications and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can confidently deliver information and training content to a wide-ranging audience with varying tenure, experience, languages, and cultures. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across international teams. * Familiarity with Sales Tech Stack (CRM, CMS, LMS) or willingness to learn. * Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI, or willingness to learn. * Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. * Passion for continuous learning and supporting the success of a Global Sales team. * Previous experience in a sales or sales support role is a plus. * Exposure to sales enablement or training content creation is an advantage. * Benefits New full-time employees are eligible for benefits at the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
