New Home Sales Agent We are working with a private new construction builder to bring on an additional experienced New Home Sales Agent to join their team. This role involves helping potential homebuyers find and purchase their dream homes, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you have a passion for real estate and sales, and enjoy working with people to guide them through the home buying process, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential buyers. * Qualify prospective buyers by understanding their needs and guiding them toward the right home options. * Educate homebuyers on available products, community offerings, and the home buying process, including financing, design, and closing procedures. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. * Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence throughout the home buying process. * Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and seamless experience for customers. * Achieve sales and customer service goals by consistently meeting or surpassing expectations. * Stay current on market conditions, trends, and competitive landscape to inform your sales approach. * Attend meetings and industry events to stay up to date with the latest in real estate and home sales. Qualifications: * Active Real Estate License required. * At least 2 years of experience in new home sales. * Proven ability to build strong relationships with prospective buyers and close sales effectively. * Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
