Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries. * Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. * Collect payment and handle transactions accurately. * Maintain supply levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory and collateral management. * Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. * Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions. * Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales environment. * Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards. * Exhibit excellent social etiquette when handling customer inquiries. Skills * Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems. * Strong understanding of retail math for effective pricing strategies. * Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is preferred. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest. * Strong organizational skills to manage stock effectively and maintain store presentation. * A proactive attitude towards selling and meeting customer needs.
