Who We 're Looking For: We're seeking a self-starter Mechanical Engineer who can thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and is motivated by the challenge of building strong customer relationships while driving significant revenue growth. What You Bring to the Table: Motivation: You have a "hunter" mentality, always seeking to grow your territory and exceed expectations. You are curious and love to learn. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a technical field preferred. BS in Mechanical Engineering is best. Experience: Experience in valves, actuation, flow meters, fluid and gas analyzers, industrial automation, process control, or technical sales is highly valued, but we welcome new graduates eager to learn and grow. Skills: Persuasive with strong organizational and communication skills to present technical solutions and manage accounts effectively. Enthusiasm for process control solutions (e.g., flow instrumentation, control valves, actuators, gas detection ) is a must. Proven ability to achieve business growth or success in a similar endeavor is essential Why Eastern Controls? Competitive Salary Potential: Starting at 75,000 to 85,000 depending on experience, earn unlimited compensation (salary plus quarterly bonuses) based on performance.
