WHAT WE OFFER: Automotive Sales Consultants Benefits * up to 35% Commission * Monthly Bonus and Incentive Plan * State-of-the-art facility * 401(k) * Paid vacation * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Great culture and work environment RESPONSIBILITIES: Automotive Sales Consultant * Good phone techniques along with email skills to follow up with clients in a timely fashion, using CRM * Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. * Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs * Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications * Maintain communication with prospects through the sales process using CRM * Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales * Have extensive knowledge of the dealership's products and services- training is provided REQUIREMENTS: Automotive Sales Consultant * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Strong desire to "assist the customer" * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections * Quality customer service skills * Good sales and/or customer service track record * Possess strong communication skills * Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic * Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales * Computer literate and have basic math skills Empire Automotive Group has a long track record of promoting from within.
