Full description of the position

Job Summary: The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for growing our MDU business through partnerships with developers, HOAs, condominiums, property managers and rental managers. The Strategic Account Manager will educate potential partners about SecureVision products and services while negotiating the best options for securing an agreement for SecureVision to bring fiber-based internet, video, and phone service to new or existing properties. Duties/Responsibilities: Develops and executes strategies to target new multifamily and HOA opportunities Creates and nurtures relationships with all condominium and HOA stakeholders (management, board, consultants, owners, and/or developers) Accountability for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives Finds win-win solutions and convincingly shares these solutions with external and internal stakeholders Becomes and stays knowledgeable and up-to-date on industry trends Owns the growth of the business within the assigned territory Responsible for day-to-day sales activity management, funnel activity, territory management, and customer-focused sales efforts. Participates in community and industry-related events to further develop the opportunities to procure new business Negotiates offers and contracts for bulk prices Works closely with engineers and other cross functional teams to create the best solutions for customers and a seamless customer experience Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Passionate about customer and personal success Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to professional growth and utmost integrity Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Extensive knowledge of the condominium, HOA and/or multifamily markets Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related experience At least five years of sales experience selling to multifamily or HOAs OR seven years of experience managing condominium properties Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Work Environment: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
