JOB SUMMARY The Regional Sales Manager will manage and expand a sales territory through increased distribution, selling promotional opportunities, and organizing events for cigars and luxury lifestyle products. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and capable of delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Sales and Distribution * Achieve and exceed annual sales volume and profit objectives. * Drive growth by expanding distribution, executing promotional strategies, and organizing impactful sales events in the assigned territory. * Customer Engagement * Develop, build, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term success. * Provide professional customer service, exceptional product knowledge, and timely follow-through on inquiries and opportunities. * Event Coordination * Plan and execute sales events to attract new customers and achieve regional sales objectives. * Collaboration and Coordination * Work closely with the Corporate team to align efforts with company objectives. * Coordinate with management to achieve volume, merchandising, and promotional goals. * Professional Development * Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, networking, and participating in relevant organizations. * Administrative Duties * Complete and submit all required reports accurately and within deadlines. REQUIREMENTS * 3+ Years prior sales experience preferred. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently. * Strong negotiation and selling skills tailored to customer needs. * Highly motivated and capable of planning and executing sales strategies. * Expertise in building relationships and coaching others. * Proficiency in market analysis and sales planning. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
