Full description of the position
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented AT&T Sales Advisor to join our progressive, powerhouse team at ADI Management. As an AT&T Sales Advisor, you will manage new and existing customer accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities of Our AT&T Sales Advisor: Promote AT&T Internet and Wireless Phone products and services effectively, presenting tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals, reinforcing our commitment to customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong customer relationships as an AT&T Sales Advisor, ensuring all customer needs are met Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, assisting with account changes, and sales, and resolving issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales, ensuring all account information is up-to-date AT&T Sales Advisor Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; a higher level of education is desired (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for an AT&T Sales Advisor Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in telecommunications, is preferred A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands Position Overview: Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position Pay: an average of $120-160 per new customer enrolled; on average each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week) Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover Clients & Products: We work with AT&T customers promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products) If you are eager to advance your career as an AT&T Sales Advisor and make a meaningful impact on our customers, apply now!
