Our fast-paced financial firm in Pensacola, FL is looking for a strong, detail orientated Client Ambassador who can ensure smooth transitions through the client acquisition process. You will work hand-in-hand with the financial advisor assisting as needed and in varied capacity to make the client onboarding experience unique and memorable. Minimum Requirements: * Previous experience in client service * Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired. * Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts preferred. * Insurance License or Securities License preferred. * Experience with investment and insurance applications and transfers preferred. This position requires that you possess the following skills: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work on the phone with business partners and clients * Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality * Excellent communication - both verbal and written * Self-directed initiative * Process driven * Strong follow-through Responsibilities: Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do.
