We encourage our team members to dive into various aspects of our operations, fostering a culture of growth and career advancement. * Summary The Accounts Experience Technician plays a vital role in supporting the Clinical Liaison Pharmacist by ensuring seamless integration between clinic operations, sales initiatives, and pharmacy services. This position is key in fostering strong client relationships, demonstrating analytical and problem- solving skills, and maintaining a customer-first approach, all while advancing the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical solutions. * Essential Responsibilities * Conduct daily check-ins with the Clinical Liaison Pharmacist to align priorities and address immediate needs. * Actively participate in weekly sales calls to stay updated on strategies, progress, and initiatives. * Engage regularly with sales representatives and clinics to provide support, answer inquiries, and strengthen partnerships. * Assist in various sales and pharmacy business development projects. * Communicate system needs, bugs, and enhancement requests to the Pharmetika team to ensure operational efficiency. * Support sales efforts by helping with product pricing inquiries and organizational pricing strategies. * Relay sales updates and critical information to department leaders to promote alignment and transparency. * Conduct training sessions for providers and clinic staff on using the prescriber portal functionality. * Assist in optimizing the account onboarding process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. * Lead the development of new initiatives and process improvements within the Sales and Pharmacy Business Development team. * Ensure the sales team uses appropriate communication channels when coordinating support with the pharmacy. * Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration between the pharmacy and sales departments. * Collaborate with other departments and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed. * Build and maintain strong internal relationships across teams. * Apply analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills to daily operations. * Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring client needs are met effectively. * Prioritize and manage workloads to meet tight internal and external deadlines. * Demonstrate resilience and determination when handling challenging and time-sensitive tasks. * Prepare reports for leadership review and support accounts receivable activities as needed. * Accurately coordinate, verify, and input financial data. * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Skills and Attributes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
