Position Summary: We're seeking an Internet Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for managing our online vehicle listings, responding to internet inquiries, and interacting with potential customers through digital platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so professionalism and prompt communication are key! Key Responsibilities: * Create and update online vehicle listings with photos, descriptions, and accurate pricing * Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, website chat, and other digital platforms * Follow up with leads in a timely manner to schedule appointments and test drives * Maintain consistent communication with customers through the sales process * Monitor listing platforms for accuracy and lead generation * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and customer satisfaction * Assist with basic content creation (photos, short videos, etc.) to boost online visibility Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or digital marketing preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with online sales platforms and basic photo editing a plus * Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Benefits: * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Friendly, supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits: * Opportunities for advancement * Paid training Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Performance bonus Work Location: In person
