WORX Environmental Products is a leader in ecologically formulated products, developing, manufacturing, and marketing our line of industrial and retail hand cleaning products. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Regional Executive to lead business development efforts within a designated territory on behalf of a leading manufacturer of Proven, Cost-Effective, High-Performance hand care solutions. The company's products are Green Seal Certified and NSF Food Safe, designed for industrial, institutional, and food service environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential customers, initiating relationships, and securing long-term supply agreements that drive regional growth. Key Responsibilities: * Territory Development: Identify and prioritize potential customers within the assigned region who align with the company's sustainability and performance value proposition. * Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, trade engagement, site visits, and referrals. * Customer Engagement & Presentations: Use professionally developed marketing materials and trial data to deliver persuasive product presentations and customized value proposals to prospective clients. * Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for multi-year regional supply contracts, ensuring alignment with both customer goals and company standards. * Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key regional stakeholders, including purchasing managers, EH&S officers, and operations teams. * Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, and Product Support teams to ensure the successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction of regional accounts. * Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and regional business development reports to company leadership. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or regional business development experience * Proven ability to close long-term supply contracts * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Knowledge of industrial hygiene, food safety, or institutional cleaning industries preferred * Familiarity with certifications such as Green Seal and NSF is an asset * Willingness to travel within the region Preferred Qualifications: * Experience selling into industrial, food processing, institutional, or retail sectors * Existing relationships within the regional market * Background in sustainable or certified chemical product sales Compensation: Competitive base salary with regional performance-based bonuses tied to contract volume and retention. Location: Based in Texas with travel required to engage prospective clients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Yearly bonus Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
