Full job description Overview We are seeking HIGH ENERGY and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, upselling items, and maintaining an organized and stocked sales floor. Duties * Have fun, and keep positive energy with customers and coworkers alike. * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. * Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations. * Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment of merchandise. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks. * Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently and enthusiastically. * Experience in a grocery store setting is advantageous but not required. * A proactive attitude towards supervising tasks and assisting team members when needed.
