Your role will involve attracting new clients, building relationships with existing customers, and closing deals through effective communication, presentation, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Run warm leads approx. 12 - 15 per week * Ability to work unsupervised/self-motivated * Build rapport with customers and understand their needs * Negotiate and secure successful agreements * Ability to get detailed notes/checklists on consultations * Attend weekly sales meetings (KPI Reinforcement) * Exhibit in Company sponsored Trade/Home Shows Qualifications * 1 Year of Home Improvement/Construction experience (preferred) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Reliable Transportation
