Job Description Bony Levy is a small company and a big business. We are customer-centric, fast paced and our vision is to design modern. luxury fine jewelry for our customers to wear everyday. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who knows how to translate a product strategy into a selling and execution strategy. This role is the "special sauce" that connects our Brand to the sales people who help and serve the Bony Levy customer. The foundation of this role is to drive sales in store, educate, inspire, and teach our store teams and leadership about what makes Bony Levy unique and how to leverage our Brand to drive their sales. The ideal person will have 5+ years of retail management experience in stores. They will also have a proven track record of driving sales by building, maintaining and leveraging strong relationships through influence at all levels of leadership. We are looking for an individual who has great communication skills (both written and verbal) and someone who can teach our teams how to sell Bony Levy. The account executive will be a proactive and curious member of our sales team who has the ability to identify growth opportunities and put them into action to drive sales. Influence and brand ambassador are key; our face and voice of the Brand Objectives of this role * Drive Sales by influencing * Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their customer needs * Provide Brand, Product and Selling Knowledge to Store Teams (including: department managers, sales teams, Bony Levy Specialists, and stylists/top sellers) * Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow * Stay current with our products and industry trends Responsibilities * Support Store Sales teams including: Bony Levy Specialists, Department Managers, and Store Managers to remove roadblocks for customers by understanding and exceeding their expectations * Illustrate the value of products and services that we offer to create growth opportunities by identifying store opportunities for growth * Communicate with Teams regularly to ensure they are focused on the product priorities and identify opportunities for future growth * Develop new ways to communicate, inspire and education team members about Bony Levy and insight to our vault * Create and post Content to Team Social account - post 3-4 times per week about relevant product and topics * Maintain a current database of Department Managers, Bony Levy Specialists, Store Managers, Top Stylists Required skills and qualifications * 5+ years of sales management experience in the store retail space; luxury goods or beauty industry preferred * Ability to understand the Stores needs and exceed their expectations to make it easier for them to deliver great service to their customers * Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time including occasional weekends to support store events * Ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time and prioritize tasks to achieve outcomes * Ability to work in an office setting Preferred skills and qualifications * Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent leadership and management experience * Proficiency in Microsoft office * Experience developing internal and external processes to simplify execution Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Ability to Commute: * Los Angeles, CA 90057 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Los Angeles, CA 90057: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In personBony Levy
